The Norwell House project reveal is here! We completed this project in June and have been excited to share more photos with you and specific project details.
Our clients, a young family of five, were looking to create a coastal haven in their full-time home that alluded to the time they spend during the summer on Cape Cod. However, due to size, their existing space limited what they could do, so they decided to include an addition in their renovation plans. With hopes of staying in this home long-term, they needed to make the space more welcoming to entertaining and work for a growing family.
Here are some before photos of the Norwell house project:

Our clients outlined a clear set of goals for their remodel project that reflect their evolving needs and desires. First and foremost, they aimed to create a more spacious and functional living environment that could comfortably accommodate their growing family. In addition to this, they wanted to achieve a better layout that not only caters to their family’s day-to-day activities but also enhances their ability to entertain guests seamlessly. Finally, they tried to channel the inviting and timeless Cape Cod coastal aesthetic, which resonates with the summers they cherish in that region.
These goals created a transformation that not only enhanced their daily living but also provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere for gatherings and relaxation.

This allows for easy organization of items like holiday dishes or flower vases clearing up valuable cabinet space for more everyday items.
LIVING ROOM

The new living room space in the Norwell house project is an integral part of our client’s addition, a transformation that has redefined the layout of their home. With this innovative change, they’ve allowed the kitchen to expand and take over the area that used to serve as both the kitchen and living room.
By doing so, they created a more spacious and functional kitchen, which can now accommodate culinary needs more effectively. Meanwhile, the new living room, seamlessly integrated into the addition, offers a cozy and inviting area where our clients can relax, entertain guests, and enjoy the comforts of home.
