Small Space Kitchen

Small space kitchens are always a challenge, but can work really hard. This was the second project we have worked on with this client. The first, was a complete remodel of their home in Provincetown (see project here). They decided to sell that home, and purchase something quite a bit smaller so they could purchase another home in Florida. The original space in the condo was dark and dated. After our first meeting we knew the client wanted something similar to their original kitchen in style, classic, timeless and practical. Now, having only 100-square feet to work with, they also had a considerable wish list to fit into the small area.

The all white custom cabinetry and elegant crown molding keep the look timeless. Caesarstone, Frosty Carina Quartz were used for the countertops for a clean bright finish. The floors were a rustic oak with a walnut stain for a classic finish.

It took a lot of planning to create this multifunctional kitchen that now includes seven appliances a pull out trash and a full-size heater/radiator in the small space.

The seven appliances now included in the new kitchen:

Miele Induction Cooktop/Microwave

24” Miele Speed Oven

Hood vent

Dishwasher

Fridge Drawers

Washer and Dryer Combo

Pop-Up TV

A kitchen doesn’t have to be large to be beautiful and functional.
