A Classic Cape Cod Shingle Home

Located in Cape Cod MA, this classic Cape Cod shingle home was originally built in 1895, completely renovated in 2016. This 6-bedroom, 7-bath house has water views from almost every room that are sure to inspire.

Lewis & Weldon worked with our client to create spaces throughout the home that looked like they had always been there, from the custom kitchen, mill work, to the built-ins throughout the house — every room was thoughtfully considered.

One of the highlights of the house was the original staircase newel posts that we replicated in our custom wood shop so the original character remained.

Lewis and Weldon made the cabinetry throughout the home including kitchen, laundry room, great room built-ins, great room coffered ceiling, buffet, pantry, bedroom built-ins, TV room built ins, 7 bathrooms plus the kitchenette and bathroom in the carriage house. See the whole house.
